Licensed Ministry Officiant Kendall Aldinger leads the ministry of Blessed Assurance (Soul Center) of Aberdeen, South Dakota. Kendall is retired from the active workforce and living out his dream of ministering to others as a voluntary Police Chaplain, sharing ministry with law enforcement officers and staff in various departments and his community.
