ALL ABOUT US

Hello, My name is Ashley Antonacci-Martini and I am married since 2012 to the love of my life, my best friend Anthony Martini. Fortunately, I have had the pleasure of building a life together with this man I call my forever for the past twenty years. We are high school sweethearts. He is my first, my last, and my everything. We have three children and a menagerie of pets. We are both graduates of Long Island University: CW Post Campus. My background being in biology/education and his in the criminal justice field.

We have served our community in various ways throughout the years. I have dedicated my time working/volunteering as an emergency medical technician and school teacher for many years before I was a mother. I have also served my church/community over the years by being part of the worship team, Sunday school teacher, Vacation Bible School crew leader, World Vision partner/ child sponsor, supporter of Samaritan’s Purse, ministry partner with a pregnancy prayer group, Christian newsletter writer, and currently an American Heritage Girls (Christian scouting group) volunteer. I became a commended minister in 2023 with Christian Leaders Alliance. This has helped me to begin my online ministry work as @ A Minister’s Journey on various social media platforms and write my first devotional book (see below).

Anthony has also served his community well over the years. He was a volunteer firefighter/emergency medical technician for many years before becoming a dad and starting his career in public service as a public safety officer. His diligence and faith in God has advanced him very well in his career. He also had the honor of obtaining an Eagle Scout status through Boy Scouts of America when he was growing up. He also currently serves the church as an usher.

WHEN GOD FOUND US

We were raised Catholic but we never really had a chance to get build a strong relationship with God. It all began with our desire to have children. Our faith was really catapulted when we became pregnant with our first child. Something that we thought was going to be easy happened to be quite a struggle. Unfortunately, we didn’t understand how to seek out the Lord like we do now. However, with the little prayers we knew, we prayed for that child and prayed the Lord would find us a church to call home so we could raise her in the right way of the Lord. Of course God delivered and shortly after she was born we had a Christian church to call home. We pioneered our way through it all. We had finally began to learn what it meant for Jesus to be the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). It was refreshing to come to learn of a loving and forgiving God. After almost a decade of struggle to conceive our three children, God has called us to help other couples praying for the fruits of their womb and any other areas they may need prayer in.

OUR MINISTRY
We just cannot stop talking about God and His goodness wherever we go. Being a homeschool family allows us much more freedom to travel and practice our Christian beliefs. We often find ourselves ministering to others in our travels with our RV to all different places in the United States. We also are a part of many different Christian homeschool communities where we often get together and discuss God’s guidance in our lives.

Often times, we love to witness to our family and friends about the goodness of God in our own lives in hopes they too will get to know God. Being hospitable is our pleasure and specialty. We enjoy opening our home and kitchen to family and friends. We often host celebrations, cook a good meal, and always offer a cozy place to sleep. You can often catch us bringing out the karaoke machine and singing Christian worship music too. We absolutely enjoy serving others in our lives. This often leads to more opportunities to have Godly conversations. We also love to intercede and offer prayer to anyone who needs it in the midst of it all.

OUR CALLING TO A SOUL CENTER

Because of our frequent traveling and recent moving, we are a part of so many wonderful church communities. However, we wish to have a ministry in our home to call our own. We are part of CenterPoint Church, East Gate Church, and Christ Church. Because we do not come from a ministry background in our family, we our pioneering this journey all the way. We hope to reach the lives of many people and preach the gospel.

I am so grateful to God that the Holy Spirit and Christian Leaders Institute has equipped me for this journey into ministry and creating a soul center. The best part is I get to do it with my hubby, my best friend, by my side. May God be our guide!

It was through daily ceaseless praying where I found God’s guidance. It was through speaking the word of God everyday against the enemy. God will fight this battle and you will come out victorious! I declare this over your lives in Jesus’ name!

Getting to Know Me

I am a husband of my wonderful wife of 27 years, Amie. We are the parents of 5 loving children and soon to be 2 grandchildren. I have been studying at Christian Leaders Institute and have earned a Diploma in Christian Ministry with honors. I am currently working on earning my Pastoral certification through Christian Leaders Alliance.

My Coming to Christ and Calling to Ministry

From as far back as I can remember, I have wanted to be a Minister for God. Like so many though, life led me in a different direction. Not too long ago, I was faced with Covid and was told I wasn’t going to make it. After praying to God and asking for healing, He answered my prayers. In doing so, I know that He wants me to go out into the world and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19).

My Calling to this Soul Center

Sharing God’s amazing love and grace has become the driving force in my life. I love sharing my testimony and teaching others how to grow a closer relationship with the Lord. My family and I also attend Hope City Church in Midway NC, and we would love to see you visit us there.

Who I Serve

While currently my ministry is online with no physical location, I love talking about the Lord with anyone God brings into my life. You can easily spot me in town with my “Ask Me About Jesus” shirt or me just randomly telling you that God Loves You while you are in line at the grocery store. I never pass up an opportunity to smile and share God’s love with those I meet.

My Ministry

Currently My ministry can be found on my YouTube page and on My Facebook Business Page. I have a website where you can find my blog which also has the sermon notes from my YouTube videos. There is a place to send prayer requests or to contact me directly. As my ministry grows, I plan to add more interactive features to my website.

Saved to Serve Others
My name is Steve West. I am married to my beautiful wife of eight years, Cindy West. Together we take care of my special needs uncle who lives with us. We have two children and six grandchildren. We live in rural Pamlico County North Carolina just outside of New Bern. I currently work full time as department supervisor at a national home improvement chain. In addition to working full time, I am taking classes at Christian Leaders College working towards additional ministry certifications as well as my eventual bachelor’s in Christian Leadership.
Called to Service
I did not come to Christ early in my life. Like my parents, I did not become a believer until later in life. I found the Lord while working as support staff at Christian youth retreat at a local YMCA camp.  However, it wasn’t until 2008 when I became a Soldier for the Salvation Army that I became more active. Life challenges eventually pulled me away from the Salvation Army. I then started to do lay work throughout my community, visitations, prayer, and sponsoring food drives for Christian based food pantries. This eventually grew into Sound of Salvation Ministries. I found Christian Leaders Institute in early 2022 and begun to take classes which led to my credentials that led to my ordination.  Also in 2022, life called me back to the Salvation Army and slowly becoming more active.
Called to Grow
After I started taking classes at Christian Leaders Institute, I was moved to formalize Sound of Salvation Ministries into an active ministry for Christ. After speaking with my wife, Cindy, about the spiritual needs of the long-term facility that she works at. During Covid most of the religious support was not available to visit the facility and eventually faded away. We currently have a partnership that will offer on-call chaplaincy services, visitations, and other spiritual needs.
Called to Serve
I am currently serving the New Bern /Pamlico County area with online prayers/devotions/ Bible studies though our online Facebook Group. I also sponsor, through the ministry, three food drives throughout the year to support local Christian food pantries. In addition, I have a spiritual support program with a local nursing facility. Recently, I have begun the process of changing from a private, personal ministry to a non-profit. Sometime in the future, we will be adding a mobile food pantry as well as disaster support services in partnership with other ministries.
Called to Save
Our online ministry has grown to include eleven members. Our outreach program has grown to serve five ministry and secular partners that allow us to serve a growing number of souls each month.

The Dove Ministry

“The Dove Ministry”

Earning my certification as a life coach minister is a significant milestone that opens up numerous opportunities to impact individuals and communities positively. My primary goal is to use this certification to empower others to achieve their fullest potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Firstly, I plan to establish a coaching practice that focuses on holistic development. This means addressing not only career and personal goals but also spiritual and emotional well-being. By integrating principles of life coaching with ministerial guidance, I aim to provide a comprehensive support system that helps clients navigate life’s challenges with resilience and faith.

Secondly, I intend to offer workshops and seminars that promote self-awareness, personal growth, and spiritual enrichment. These events will foster a sense of community and provide participants with practical tools and strategies for self-improvement. By creating a supportive and nurturing environment, I hope to inspire individuals to take proactive steps toward their goals.

Additionally, I plan to collaborate with local organizations, and religious institutions to extend my reach and impact. By partnering with these entities, I can offer tailored coaching programs that address specific needs within the community, such as youth mentorship, family counseling, and leadership development. Through my Online Ministry, It is reaching out worldwide.

Ultimately, my vision is to create a ripple effect of positive change. By helping individuals transform their lives, I believe we can collectively build stronger, more compassionate communities. My certification as a life coach minister is not just a credential; it is a commitment to serve, uplift, and inspire others on their journey towards a more meaningful and purposeful life.

Recognizing the call of the Lord upon their lives from youth, they surrendered their lives in their college years and became missionaries to the United States. Alfred graduated from World Harvest Bible College and was ordained under Bishop George Agbonson of Christ Restoration Ministries International (CRMI), Maryland, and Apostle Ekow Eshun of Revival Life Outreach Church (RLOC) Ghana, Africa. Together he and his wife continue to give their lives for the furtherance of the gospel and the equipping of the saints to be released into their unique ministry callings.

Amanda Chavez joined The Oasis family in 2020, three years after ordination and confirmation into the Christian Leaders Alliance. Amanda began her journey with the Lord in 2008 following a radical encounter with Jesus that shifted the trajectory of her life in every possible way. She has been a leader in Christian ministry since 2010, leading various ministries, including youth ministry, home church fellowship, small group Bible studies, prison ministry, inner-city outreach, and missions. Currently the Outreach and Missions Director at The Oasis, she also facilitates Christian discipleship, restoration, and deliverance ministry.

THE CALLING TO A SOUL CENTER
As the Lord began to expose a great need for soul restoration among local believers, we gathered members of our leadership team to develop a well-rounded holistic Restoration Ministry that seeks to minister to the whole person—body, soul, and spirit—with an emphasis on inner healing, soul decluttering, spiritual deliverance, and prayer ministry.

We now offer small groups, weekend intensives, short- and long-term discipleship in specialized areas, and individual sessions, as needed. Our ministries are free and open to the public. We desire to help believers be loosed from oppressive cycles and become empowered to walk in the fullness of who they are called to be in Christ for His glory and His Kingdom purpose!

WHO WE SERVE
It is our joy to serve all who are seeking answers, healing, and freedom. We minister to men and women of all ages from all walks of life. Our Soul Center specializes in ministry of the soul for those who have experienced overwhelming grief, trauma, addictions, dysfunctional family cycles, and sexual identity confusion, as well as veteran-related challenges.

THE OASIS MINISTRY
Beyond soul restoration ministry, The Oasis is a multi-cultural house of prayer with a passion for encountering the presence of God, discipling believers to have a firm foundation and be fully activated in their spiritual gifts as Christian leaders, and walking through life with one another in Christ-centered community.

SOULS INVOLVED: 75-100
Through daily prayer meetings, weekend worship services, youth groups, mid-week Bible studies, home groups, and other peer fellowship small group ministries, we strive to grow together as Kingdom family and compassionately minister to all the Lord brings into our lives.
