A Church for Equipping, Ordaining, and Empowering Leaders

Christian Leaders Church is dedicated to inspiring, supporting, educating, and equipping individuals and their families to lead. As part of this mission, our services will include times of prayer, communion, teaching, testimonies, and special ceremonies for ordaining ministers and commissioning Soul Centers to expand Kingdom work globally. This Church will also lead the chapel responsibility at Christian Leaders Institute, led by student chaplain Jon Dowler.

Service Components

  • Prayer: Every service begins with focused prayer, uniting us in seeking God’s guidance, strength, and blessings upon Christian leaders and their unique callings.
  • Communion: Communion will be a crucial part of our service, allowing us to reflect on Christ’s sacrifice and the unity we share as His body.
  • Teaching: Weekly messages will be grounded in Scripture, focusing on practical insights to help leaders and their families navigate life and ministry. These teachings aim to equip, encourage, and inspire, providing leaders with the tools to serve their communities effectively.
  • Testimonies: Each week, we will highlight stories of transformation from leaders worldwide. These testimonies celebrate God’s work in individuals’ lives, showcasing how He calls, strengthens, and guides us through every season.
  • Ordinations with the Christian Leaders Alliance: As a church committed to raising leaders, we will conduct ordination ceremonies for Christian Leaders Alliance candidates. These ordinations recognize the calling, preparation, and dedication of individuals who have completed their ministerial training and are ready to serve as licensed or ordained officiants or ministers. The ordinations mark both a personal milestone and a community celebration of God’s work in equipping His people for ministry.
  • Soul Centers Commissions: In addition to ordinations, we will commission Soul Centers, local community hubs led by trained Christian leaders. These centers will provide discipleship, counseling, and spiritual growth opportunities within their communities. The commissioning of each Soul Center represents a commitment to spreading Christ’s love, supporting spiritual growth, and building community through accessible and meaningful ministry.
  • Tithes and Offerings: For those who consider this their home church, all tithes and offerings will support the development of Christian Leaders Church, the Christian Leaders Alliance, and Soul Centers.

Preparing for Worship and Reflection

We encourage all attendees to start their Sunday with personal or family worship and singing before the service at 10:30 AM ET. This approach allows families and individuals to prepare their hearts, setting a reflective tone as they engage in prayer, communion, teaching, and celebration.

Why 10:30 AM ET? A Time for Global Connection and Family Unity

The 10:30 AM ET start time has been selected to accommodate our local and international community of leaders:

  • Eastern U.S.: A comfortable late-morning time for those on the East Coast.
  • West Coast: 7:30 AM PT, early yet ideal for those ready to start their day being equipped.
  • Europe and Africa: Afternoon timing makes it easy for families to join in community worship.
  • Asia: An evening service option to bring a reflective close to the weekend.

How to Join Us

Whether in person or online, we invite Christian leaders, families, and friends to join our growing community. Each Sunday, we’ll provide a Zoom link for virtual attendance, allowing you to participate wherever you are. This is an open invitation to all who seek to deepen their faith, witness God’s work in others, and connect with a community of leaders. The Florida location will meet at 9:30-9:45 AM for in-person fellowship and a time of worship, while the global meeting on Zoom starts at 10:30 AM. (There is no live worship on Zoom)

Coram Deo

We work with churches, networks and denominations to bring together a robust leader formation process with ecclesiastical certification. We offer live mentoring, along with a combination of live courses and online courses (such as CLI) to equip pastors and other ministry leaders within churches. We also coach church planters and offer an array of services to help new church plants launch. Our mentoring program is only a fraction of the cost of seminary, while being more wholistic in its approach.

Please note: WE ARE ONLY CHARTERED TO WORK WITH PARTNERS IN THE UNITED STATES.

Faithful Cross Ministries

GETTING TO KNOW US:

We are a brother-sister ministry team, James Kirkpatrick and Elizabeth Moses. We were born and raised in Maryland to Christian parents. We are Evangelical Christians that believe the Bible is God’s word. We truly believe that we should love all and help all and that we all have sin.

James Kirkpatrick:

I have always been a Christian, but I never fully understood the meaning of that statement and how powerful of a meaning that actually is until I truly put my full heart into Jesus back in 2017.

I am an Ordained minister and certified life coach from CLA. I am also a certified volunteer Firefighter in Maryland.

My goal is to receive my Associates Degree in Divinity from Christian Leaders College and eventually go for my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. I plan on taking all the classes CLI, CLA, and CLC have to offer. The more I know, the more I can offer and the more I can help. I truly care about helping people and doing God’s work. I also have a dream to teach a class for CLI one day.

I have developed a passion for Christian apologetics, Christian blogging, and Christian philosophy.
I currently have a Christian blog that I share my thoughts.
I am currently working on writing a few Christian books.

Besides my love for The Lord, I enjoy traveling, the beach, camping, my family, friends, and reading anything on history.

Elizabeth Moses:

I grew up in a Christian house, but it wasn’t until recently I realized I wasn’t fully putting my heart into my faith. My brother James Kirkpatrick was the one who inspired me and showed me Christian Leaders Institute. My goal is to earn my diploma from CLI and spread the word. I have a passion for music, art, administrative, helping people, animals, reading, and of course the Lord.

I also enjoy camping, traveling, my family, my friends, my puppy, and holidays.

Our past:

We know how hard this world can be and know how hard it is to deal with mental health issues as we both have battled anxiety, panic disorder, and depression. James also has Psoriatic Arthritis (an autoimmune disease).

We have been through the struggles of having no money, no house, and no food in the past. At one point in life, we were even living in a cheap tent in the woods and trying to catch fish just to have food to survive. But we knew in our heart everything would be okay during all the rough times because we had each other.

We’ve also had some of the greatest adventures together in life from vacations, having our own successful fishing YouTube channel, doing a podcast, we even had a music band together and performed on stage to raise money for charity.

Our Ministry:

We are currently a small house church with Bible studies, but we are working on growing. Our focus is primarily on spreading the gospel and helping people. We believe in loving all and helping all.

  • Have a free service where we help people find jobs, build resumes, and work with them on interview skills.
  • Christian event planning for special events such as weddings, birthdays etc.

We also want to teach some classes on our YouTube channel. We are currently working on filming a course called the Christian way which is focused on how to be a better Christian and how to help others as Christians in different ways.

We plan on sharing CLI, CLA, and CLC with everyone.

Upcoming plans:

We want this ministry to focus on preaching the gospel the way Jesus taught us. Some goals we have for this ministry are to make gift boxes, which will include things like food, personal hygiene kits, gifts, clothes, and a card with a personal prayer from us. It will also include information on the Christian Leaders’ Institute in these boxes to help with education and knowledge of the gospel. We also hope to include a paper in this box with local jobs that are currently hiring and locations of public libraries with computers to use to apply for jobs and to have access to the Christian Leaders Institute. We plan on starting this project this November 2023, with most of the money coming from us and also from us raising money by doing fundraisers. We want this ministry to eventually spread throughout the world.

Souls Involved:

We just started this ministry.

5 year plan:

Eventually, we want to do some ministry work overseas and also want to open a non-denominational church.

Also, we want to open a food kitchen, food center and a homeless shelter.

First Love

This gathering is not intended to grow into some impersonal large church gathering or souls who are not in relationship with each other, and especially not in relationship with the men and women tasked and gifted by God to mentor them into a submitted and committed relationship with the Spirit who is God.

Doing the work described in 1st Corinthians 5:17-21 and Ephesians 4:11-16, First Love exists to be used as co-workers with Christ in His field and building His House, the Kingdom of God – The Church – with the goal to bring in, mentor and train, and to send out to reproduce and multiply, and we have been commanded. Utilizing the resources of Christian Leaders Institute, and the many pastor elders in the community, First Love desires to be used as a facilitator of the unity of the Spirit who is God, to build His body up into the full stature of Christ to be His vessel representative and Ambassador on earth, in our community of influence.

God has raised up within His body those with these gifts for the very specific purpose of building up ourselves corporately. Christ in us, working in us, and through us, that we may become stronger and have more godly impact on each other and those who may be looking for authenticity and not “churchianity” as usual. We each have experiences and abilities to accomplish the gifted roles given in Ephesians Chapter Four, for this purpose. Be it in preaching/teaching, mentoring, pastoring, planting, watering, using music, the arts, administration, hospitality, restoration and recovery, God wants to use who we are, where we are, with the individuality of our gifting and experience, while having a reborn identity as a child of God in Christ Jesus.

First Love Soul Center desires to use the gifts of those whom God is bringing in to do our part. If you are in our area of Northeast Indiana, you may be one of them.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.
For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.”- 2nd Corinthians 5:17-21

“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.” – Ephesians 4:11-16

Flaming Wings & Swords Ministries U.P.C.I

“Flaming Wings & Swords Ministries U.P.C.I.” (United Pentecostal Christians International) offers pastoral care counseling and life coaching for everyone, as well as a free Bible Study for ladies every Wednesday evening at 7pm.
There will be time at the Bible Study for sharing concerns, which is called “Share Care”. Ladies have the opportunity to share their experiences, thoughts and feelings related to difficulties raising children, job overload, mental health, and relationships.
(Parking at 142 School Street, Putnam, CT).
Sister Chantal is ordained clergy at CLA with training in Psychology and has experienced the tough side of life, having navigated through the storm successfully, wanting to give encouragement to those who are still in the storm.
The Share Care is confidential and meant for women to find a safe harbor where they will find hope and encouragement to stay strong. Other topics that will be discussed at the Share Care are grief, and healing from abuse and trauma.
Brother Chris Ryder is ordained clergy, who offers business life coaching to all men who want to start their own business as well as to those who struggle with staying in business. He will evaluate the situation  together with you and find the best solution. As a former business owner himself he knows the hurdles and struggles and will give helpful advice on the matter, might it be a specific question related to taxes or how to start a business in general.
Brother Chris Ryder has been missionary overseas for 8 years and can give missionaries who want to go overseas helpful insight on the matter, might it be how to adjust to other cultures, starting a house church or how to stay strong as a family in a foreign country.
Brother Chris and Sister Chantal have experienced persecution while being overseas and can give advice on how to defend yourself and your family, as well as how to recover from persecution.
Both are in ministry for over two decades.
Chris’s alma mater is the Apostolic Bible Institute, St.Paul, MN. He is also alumnus of CLI.
Chantal is alumna of CLI. Her certificates in Psychology were authorized by Yale, Johns Hopkins and the Wesleyan University, through an MOOC.
We specialize in, but are not limited to:
-grief counseling
-healing from abuse
-marriage counseling
-parent coaching
-suicide prevention
-business coaching
(Men’s Bible Study available upon request).
Flaming Wings & Swords Ministries U.P.C.I. has adopted the Ryder family motto: “Semper Robustus”, which means roughly translated: “Always Resilient”.
The word “robust” comes from the Latin word for oak tree.
Just like an oak tree, which resists every weather condition without being moved, so we resist all storms of life.
2 Corinthians 4:8-9 KJV
We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;

Freewill Community Church

Freewill Community Church is an out reach to help the poor. We are a Church that believes in helping those who are in need. We will be having online services while we pray for a permanent building.

Friends in Faith, Hope, and Love

We wish to serve any and all who are in need of any combination of Faith, Hope, and Love. As the Bible states, “The greatest of these is Love” (1Cort.13:13). We will serve all people through the activities of this Soul Center. My messages are available on YouTube – Pastor John Rung.

Frontline Remnant Ministries

Frontline Remnant Ministries is a house based ministry that focuses on bringing deeper discipleship to our community through teaching, training, and action.

Our mission is to Find, Feed, and Field.
– Find: Go out into the local communities to locate and find the spiritually lost and hurt.
– Feed: Help people grow into full maturity in Christ Jesus and produce Servant Leaders.
– Field: Send disciples into the local communities to find and feed those in need.

Our desire is deeply rooted in fulfilling the Great Commission.

“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20, ESV)

The word used for “make disciples”, means to help someone progressively learn the Word of God to become a matured, growing disciple of Christ in belief and practice. Discipleship is a lifelong process, and as Christians we need a community because it not only takes a village to raise a child, it takes a village to raise a family.

In James chapter 2 we see the author informing us that faith without works is dead. We are not saved by our works, our works are a manifestation of our salvation.

“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’” (Matthew 25:31-40, ESV)

Again, we are not saved by performing good deeds and being good people. We are saved solely by the grace of God, and that grace given to us is now our responsibility to give to others on behalf of our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus.

We raise up disciples, to raise up disciples to fulfill the mission given by God.

Full Faith Ministries

Full Faith Ministries is about ministering to communities through evangelism outreach and connecting people to their local church. We bring worship and the sharing of the word through conferences, revival meetings, and other special community events. We also have a local church, and we are developing a community center where people can come and have their needs ministered too, as well as providing an opportunity to “hang out” in a safe place. Our ministry helps those with their needs, in the areas of prayer, officiant services, bible study, and providing some assistance in their physical needs.
As we work the “great commission” in this ministry we will have 3 focus areas
1. Jerusalem- through our local church we will continue to help our outreach event coordinator and the local community leaders hold community events.
2. Judea- We will bring evangelistic revival meetings and conferences to churches and communities throughout the region.
3. Ends of the earth- We continue to serve our local church by overseeing and coordinating the international broadcast. We will also be coordinating with area ministries and assisting them with oversee missions.

Deuteronomy 31:12,13- Assemble the people- men, women and children, and the foreigners residing in your towns- so they can listen and learn to fear the Lord your God and follow carefully all the words of this law. Their children who do not know this law, must hear it and learn to fear the Lord you God as long as you love in the land your are crossing the Jordan to possess.
Proverbs 22:6- Teach the children on the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it.
