• Who We Are

Faith, Hope & Love Ministries (FHLM International NPC – 2024/625982/08) is a registered non-profit company in South Africa (and based in Bulgaria) that operates globally to equip and empower Christian ministers and leaders. Similar to a 501(c)(3) organization in the U.S., FHLM provides practical training, mentorship, and digital resources to strengthen ministries worldwide.

Founded by Ashley Deutschmann (Bachelor of Christian Leadership from CLI and Master of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership degree), who has extensive experience in secular leadership, social ministry, and pastoral leadership, FHLM exists to mobilize, support, and connect ministers worldwide.

• What We Do

FHLM International serves as a Minister Mobilization Center and Multi-Purpose Ministry, offering comprehensive support in the following areas:

Ministerial Training & Mentorship

• Equipping ministers at all levels, from students to seasoned leaders.
• Leadership training based on over 25 years of senior secular leadership experience.
• Guidance in church planting, discipleship, and pastoral care.

Digital Ministry & Outreach

• Assistance with website development and strategy.
• Support for social media outreach and digital evangelism.
• Practical advice for building an engaged online audience.

Free Ministerial Education – Prpmoting CLI & CLC

• FHLM actively promotes Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) and Christian Leaders College (CLC), which provide free, high-quality biblical education.
• Ministers are encouraged to take advantage of these accessible training programs to grow their leadership skills.

FHLM Equip – Our Upcoming Training Platform

• FHLM is developing FHLM Equip, an online learning platform designed to provide self-paced training that will bridge the gap between secular and Christian leadership (and other roles).
• Once launched, this platform will offer courses and resources tailored to practical ministry needs.

Global Networking & Ministerial Collaboration

• FHLM connects Christian leaders across denominations and cultures.
• Encourages collaboration and shared wisdom among ministers.
