GETTING TO KNOW US

I am Njih Adig, married to Majolie Mirabelle since 2015. We have four children. Both of us are graduates of the Universities of Douala and Yaounde respectively. I was ordained in the Fountain of Power and Hope Church in 2009 and with Harvest Bible Chapel Douala in 2024.  In 2012, the vision of the Gospel Outreach and Missions for Christ was born. In 2017, I left employment as a full time teacher and started serving as a gospel minister in a bi-vocational calling. While my experience with the Gospel Outreach and Missions for Christ continued to grow, I got involved into missions with WEC INTERNATIONAL and the School of Missions Jos Plateau, Nigeria. The Gospel Outreach and Missions for Christ, Douala is involved in evangelism, discipleship and Missions. We reach people at market-places, homes, bus-stop, shops and streets.

Our Coming to Christ and Calling to Ministry:

I have walked with God as a young man. My journey with the Lord started in my late twenties.

My calling to ministry came in my young adult years when I was working as a teacher and also studying for a second degree at the University. I noticed that my friends at school and around my neighbourhood were not seeking God, but rather living in immorality and had little or no hope. I was seeking God, and many times he placed the burden in my heart for  the lost and the passion to witness for Christ. God began to confirm His call upon my life through my local  Church leadership, friends, colleagues and family members. As a way to help me fulfill the call, the Lord has bless me with the gifts of  teaching, preaching and leadership.

OUR CALLING TO THIS SOUL CENTER:

The Lord has delivered me from the kingdom of darkness into his marvellous light and has placed a special burden in me to win souls for his kingdom.  I am grateful the Christian Leaders Alliance has called and equipped me to minister in this soul center.

As a bi-vocational minister, I minister to those in my community and to people the Lord brings in my life. I am also a member of Harvest Bible Chapel.

I believe that souls are broken by sin and need reconciliation to God which is in Jesus. I am interested in helping people to know God through Jesus, to love him and to worship him.

WHO WE SERVE:

We minister to the people God brings into our lives in Bonaberi-Douala, at market-place and bus-stop connections, homes and in house cell fellowship.

OUR MINISTRY :

I enjoy winning souls for Jesus Christ, helping them in their walk with God through prayers and God's word, building and equipping them for ministry. I am a ministry training leader in the areas of Evangelism, Discipleship and Missions. I have attended the School of Evangelism, Discipleship and Missions. Recently, I completed a Mission Facilitators course.

My vision is bringing hope and restoration to the lost, making Jesus known and worshipped in my community and beyond. My passion is Mobilizing the church and individuals to make disciples of all nations. I want to raise an army of people that will pray for the nations, give for missions and go for missions.

SOULS INVOLVED

I minister through prayers, Bible study, leadership and hospitality. I minister to friends and family members. Every week I invite friends to Harvest Bible Chapel Church. I am one of the Bible study leaders of the Harvest Bible Chapel Bible study small groups.
