Frontline Remnant Ministries is a house based ministry that focuses on bringing deeper discipleship to our community through teaching, training, and action.
Our mission is to Find, Feed, and Field.
- Find: Go out into the local communities to locate and find the spiritually lost and hurt.
- Feed: Help people grow into full maturity in Christ Jesus and produce Servant Leaders.
- Field: Send disciples into the local communities to find and feed those in need.
Our desire is deeply rooted in fulfilling the Great Commission.
“And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20, ESV)
The word used for “make disciples”, means to help someone progressively learn the Word of God to become a matured, growing disciple of Christ in belief and practice. Discipleship is a lifelong process, and as Christians we need a community because it not only takes a village to raise a child, it takes a village to raise a family.
In James chapter 2 we see the author informing us that faith without works is dead. We are not saved by our works, our works are a manifestation of our salvation.
“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’” (Matthew 25:31-40, ESV)
Again, we are not saved by performing good deeds and being good people. We are saved solely by the grace of God, and that grace given to us is now our responsibility to give to others on behalf of our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus.
We raise up disciples, to raise up disciples to fulfill the mission given by God.
